Miguel Palmeiro is a first generation American and Maryland native. He obtained his law degree from the University of Mayland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2009 and is an Immigration Attorney Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. He served as Commissioner on the Maryland Governor’s Commission on Hispanic Affairs from 2015 - 2023 and is a board member of the Minority Business Round Table. Idi Melendez, Esq., is a fierce and dedicated immigration attorney who passionately fights for her clients’ rights. Originally from the Dominican Republic and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Idi brings both personal experience and deep legal expertise to her work, providing clients with compassionate guidance and relentless advocacy.
Idi began her legal career in Knox County Juvenile Court in Tennessee, where she developed her reputation for meticulous preparation and fearless representation. Since 2021, she has focused exclusively on immigration law, taking on complex cases and standing by her clients every step of the way.

Ana graduated with a Law Degree and completed her Master’s dissertation in Business Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Centro Regional do Porto, Portugal. She received extremely high marks and the highest recommendations after competing with the Country's United States Consulate competition evaluating top legal talent. Ana has been working with the Law Office of Miguel Palmeiro first as an international intern, and now, assisting in cases ranging from Family Immigration Petitions and Business Immigration.
Annah is an immigration attorney licensed in North Carolina. A North Carolina native, she relocated to the Washington, D.C. area to pursue her legal education at George Mason University School of Law. During law school, she interned here at the Law Office of Miguel Palmeiro, where she has continued to practice throughout her education and after completing her degree.
While working at the Law Office of Miguel Palmeiro, she has handled a variety of cases, such as u-visas, waivers, special immigrant juvenile status (SIJS) petitions, and asylums, among others.
