These terms govern use of the Law Office of Miguel Palmeiro, LLC website. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice.

No attorney-client relationship

Submitting a form, sending a message, calling the office, or scheduling a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship exists only after the firm agrees in writing to represent you and you sign an engagement agreement.

Consultations

Initial consultations are paid. The standard consultation fee is $100 for new clients and $50 for former clients unless the firm confirms a different arrangement in writing.

Immigration matters only

The firm focuses on U.S. immigration law. Information on this website should not be relied on for non-immigration legal matters.
